Food and Drumfit

We ate Indian Wednesday night......Mmmmmm good!

Yesterday Jo and I became official Drumfit instructors.

Fuzzy photo below of our class participating with 4-5 year olds. We had a lot of fun.

We had some Viet Thai food for dinner.

I didn't enjoy the tofu or this little nugget. After asking three staff members I found out that it was gluten.

I had always assumed that gluten was only used as a by-product to be added to foods.

I haven't had a chance to get many workouts in lately. I'm going to have to kick it in high gear after the girls have gone home. Al has to leave tonight as she's got to pack for France (going home to visit family).

What sort of unusual food items have you encountered lately?

Gotta run.

Bummer...I can't see the pictures.

Let's see...the weirdest food item I've enjoyed lately was at the cooking class we went to. I never would have thought to wrap salmon in rice paper before cooking it and it turned out WONDERFUL!! Nice and crispy on the outside.

weirdest food would have to be fast food from Del Taco...3 beef tacos and 2 green barritos. that was yesterday and they're still down in there somewhere! Not recommended.

I'm interested in trying Indian food, but equally intimidated by the menu!

Julie.... It took the photos awhile to upload, they are visible now.

Will...... Hope you've managed to say "audios" to your hidden food!. Lol

Lisa...... Papadum, vegetable samosas, Naan, and butter chicken, and white rice are good first time selections. Hope you get a chance to sample them.

Congratulations on getting drumfit certified, that is awesome!

This was the first time I'd heard of drumfit.

Thai food is a tasty cuisine to end up after the workout.
