Hmmmm?

Andrew was the first to tell me about the 4-Hour Work Week and the 4-Hour Body.  He thought that there was some interesting information.

Since then, I've noticed that the book is getting good reviews.   I will give it a gander once I've finished my current book (Sharon Osbourne's autobiography "Extreme"... very good read so far).

I went online to Fitness Tips For Life and grabbed this article....

4 Hour Body is not just another diet and fitness book

The 4-Hour Body is the result of an obsessive quest, spanning more than a decade, to hack the human body. It contains the collective wisdom of hundreds of elite athletes, dozens of MDs, and thousands of hours of jaw-dropping personal experimentation. From Olympic training centers to black-market laboratories, from Silicon Valley to South Africa, Tim Ferriss, the #1 New York Times bestselling author of The 4-Hour Workweek, fixated on one life-changing question.........  To read the rest of this article click HERE.

Is it possible for a 4 hour body?  Have you read the book?  What do you think?
Gotta run.

"If you don’t have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over?"

I have it and have read it - It's a beast of a book and is really set up to be read as a 'choose your own adventure' book :D It's interesting and has a lot of data/info that makes you think. I haven't really applied anything yet because I'm giving my current program a chance first.

So can I finish my race in 4 hours? That's all I really want to know. Lol

Kovas - let me know what you think once you've read it.

Shawn - Thank you for the low down on the book. 'Choose your own adventure'.... like the thought of that!

Derek - Ummmmm.... how shall I put this? Fat chance!!!

I'm with Emz. My brother has read it and sees some value in it. I'm up next for it. My unqualified perspective is this: Training only 4 hours a day will require new alignment between race goals/plans with your training load.
