Jillian Michaels Body Revolution

I purchased the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution ( months ago).  I am officially on week 2 of the 12 week program.



What I really love about the program is that the workouts are 30 minutes in length....... ANYONE can exercise for 30 minutes a day.  No excuses!

Unlike P90X, it leaves me with enough energy to get some runs in!! The best of both worlds :-)  Like P90X, it's expensive :(

I am not doing the meal plan because I hate following a meal plan..... plain and simple.  No to say that it's bad:  I am sure that it is a great plan for those who like the structure (and those who like salmon - blech!)

This program is what I needed to get me off my butt and get back in shape.  I do feel a lot better physically and mentally......  it's only been a week!

Have you ever done a video exercise program?  What were your results?  Would you do it again?

I've only ever done yoga from a DVD. I just don't like exercising indoors.

I have P90X and Insanity, I can do the weight program in P90X all year, including tri season, Insanity is a whole different ball park, I think its really tough, I can not train properly and do that one at the same time, I think its a good off season program though

Never followed a DVD program.
Glad you have found the right program for you.
I think that following a meal plan is almost impossible for many reasons. How can we manage the meal in official meetings, celebrations or if we are with friends?
