Huntsville State Park

Here is one of the first thing we saw....... Yipes!

Had a great 13 miler on Monday.

Concentration is a must when running on the trails as there are a lot of roots.

Below is the area known for lots of alligators......... didn't get to close.

Biggest pain in the butt ever (our dining tent). It's pretty awesome but SOOOOOOOOO not worth the struggle. It's going home with us at Xmas.

Raven Lake.

Yesterday we caught up on laundry.

Then went to dinner @ the Homestead on 19th. I had the Chevre & Poblano Stuffed Chicken Breast with mushroom demi, lemon rice pilaf & fresh vegetables. Nom nom nom.

Today we are packing up all the items we brought for the trailer but have hardly used. You can not be a pack-rack in a trailer.

Gotta run.

I laughed at the first sign, because you know someone "harassed" an alligator and the outcome wasnt good, so they had to make a sign for the "special ones"

That gator thing sounds scary ... yet a little bit exciting at the same time!

In Florida I saw one once on the edge of a lake during my walk. We did pick up our pace a bit and never took our eyes off of it until we felt in the clear!
