Life happens!

Was supposed to run 16 miles today. Ended up spending my time drilling into concrete and metal so that I could hang curtains and a photo.

My dad would be so proud :)

I did make a bit of time to pop into the gym. Did 15.5 miles on the bike.

Pictured above are "Stair Steppers"..... I've never tried them because I think that the movements look so unnatural.

Have you ever used a stair stepper? Is it a good work out?

Gotta run.... tomorrow.
