Some nice weather for a change.

I got to run my 16 miler in some pretty awesome weather yesterday. Light pants and a jacket was all that I needed.

I ran through a town called Arva... It's claim to fame you ask?

"Arva Flour Mills, in Arva, Ontario, on the banks of the Medway Creek, is Canada's oldest continuously operating water powered flour mill and perhaps the oldest in North America."

I hope that the warmer weather keeps up. I would love to be able to run on dry, bare sidewalks.

My feet got soaked by mile two and stayed that way for the duration of the run. I could feel the water swishing between my toes.

My pruned feet still really hurt after my shower, but I managed to walk about a mile (in four inch heels) to go to the John Labatt Center.

Andrew took me to see the ballet Moulin Rouge.

I snapped this photo when no one was looking..... I'm such a rebel. ;)

I hadn't seen a ballet in years..... I really enjoyed myself.

I am happy to report that my feet are back to normal this morning.

Gotta run.
