Don’t miss the chance to catch OCC Live 2009! featuring Paul Teutul Sr. and the Crew from Orange County Choppers including Rick Petko, Jason Pohl, Lee Stamper and the OCC Band. This OCC event will be a classic bike build-off hosted by Paul Sr. In keeping with the competitive spirit of OCC as seen on the popular TV show, American Chopper, the build-off will be old school vs. new school with bragging rights for the better build team up for grabs at this live show at The Palace on Saturday, March 28 at 7 p.m.
I am not very good at keeping a secret..... I let Andrew know what I was getting him for Valentine's Day! He loves watching the show. The family dynamics are interesting to say the least. It always makes me laugh!
As you may have noticed I have not been posting anything in regards to running. Well I have been on the sidelines due to IT band and hamstring issues. I have been using R.I.C.E (rest, ice, compression and elevation) and "foam rollering" my self to death. I have a scheduled 19 mile run on Tuesday. I am going to try it and see where it leaves me. I have to keep in mind that my "A" race is in September. I may have to take a chunk of time off to work on these continuing problems. It's a horrible situation to be in. I love to run and the thought of sitting idly by.... well, it just sucks!
