Who knew?

I've never liked the taste of sports drinks. They are always too salty, or too strong flavored. I've always been a gel gal.

A couple weeks ago Andrew picked me up a G2 Gatorade.

I was very skeptical.......... After trying it, I was hooked. Went out and bought myself a case.

I'm not going to change my nutritional plan with my race coming up so soon........ been drinking it throughout the day and after workouts.

20 calories a serving (just over two in a bottle) makes it even better.

Do you like the taste of sports drinks? What do you drink?

Gotta run.

I try to stay away because of the high sugar levels, Powerade Zero is pretty decent, zero calories with electrolytes

I was on mapmyrun today and this little G2 icon popped up, I may investigate it - thanks :-)

I'm all about water and gels during races/training, but do enjoy all types of Gatorade. Oh and that grape is surprisingly good.

I am not a big fan of sports drinks, but I have started to really like Nuun. It lightly flavors the water.

I've pretty much been hooked on the G2 since it came out. It's worked out great for me, and I like how it's lighter and doesn't taste like I'm drinking the dead sea or something.

During-running, I drink high test grape Gatorade. Recovery and/or normal hydration sees me carrying a Powerade Zero. I hate water, so balancing the two seems to help - without me gaining 25 pounds!

Nice to find stuff that works!

Glad you found something that works for you finally.

I'm a huge fan of old school original Gatorade. I buy the powder and I can make it as watery or strong as I'd like.

I only like lightly flavored drinks. Not a fan of normal gatorade.

Nuun is the best! No sugar, 8 calories per tab, tastes refreshing. I am a Nuun addict
