I'm sure the high temperature and hills are gonna knock me on my ass.
I've just purchased the Elite membership for my RunKeeper account..... Anyone with Internet access and my username should be able to track my runs. Andrew will monitor my inaugural "Live Tracking"...... Will report on that and the Salomon recovery shoes.

The hills were rough.... especially going down! My quads are furious with me.
