I will be on a track for 12 hours tonight (7pm - 7am) to raise monies for Cancer Research.
Unfortunately, I am not trained enough to run the full 12 hours, so I will err on the side of caution. My game plan is to run a lap, then walk a lap....... and repeat until the either the 12 hours is up or until I collapse.
