21 miler and I got burned!!!!!

I headed out on what was supposed to be a 20 mile run. Saw this guy and had to give him a pet and snap a photo.........

Unbeknownst to me, I inadvertently paused my Nike+ GPS workout session and continued to run. It was a good couple miles before I realized my mistake. I tried as best I could to calculate the distance that wasn't recorded.... ended up running an extra mile..... Not too bad.

It was supposed to be cloudy so I didn't bother with sunscreen.......

Big mistsake.

Went to see Kevin O'Leary (Shark Tank & Dragon's Den) last night. He gave a great presentation on investing and gave the audience advice from his experiences. He's really not an ass........ he is a terrific businessman.

Gotta purchase some aloe vera before I start peeling.

Les looks like that from Sunday. You guys! Don't you know you can still burn when it's cloudy? WEAR YOUR SUNSCREEN!

OUCH! That looks verrrry painful. I've got to be better about sunscreen myself. I know, I know, I know the dangers. I'm just lazy. No excuse. Hope you get some relief soon!

I LOVE finding horses along my rides or runs. They are just so beautiful!

Being a freckled Irishman, I feel your pain! As woody Allen once said "I don't tan, I stroke!" Take care of that sun burn!

Ugh - I thought you automatically tanned - you obviously didn't have a good base. Take care of your skin and it will take care of you. Where did I read that?
It looks painful.

I hate it when I burn like that! It starts to feel so 'crisp' like a potato chip. Aloe sounds like a great plan! Way to go on that long run :)

It's my shoulders and arms that hurt the most.... Got myself some aloe vera gel with lidocaine and the polysporin that soothes minor burns. Aaaaaaah :)
