2 (and a half) Book reviews....

Book 1: The 4-Hour Body by Tim Ferriss

Thoughts: There was a lot of really interesting, cool information, with great anecdotal stories.

Using the tips and techniques will certainly help get you that sexy bod, BUT by the time you do all the personal research, documentation, and have everything known to mankind tested...... You'r gonna need more than 4-Hours.

Just sayin'.

Book 2: Born to Run by Christopher McDougall

Thoughts: Finished the book just a couple days ago.... loved it.

Makes you realize that everything becomes better and easier when you truly love something. It's well written and kept me wanting more. Even if you're not a runner...... go and get a copy.

The "Half review": I have now moved on to The Runner's Field Manual by Mark Remy (and the editors of Runner's World)

Having read the first book "The Runner's Rule Book" I am certain that this will be an entertaining, and quick read.

What books can you recommend?

Gotta run.

I loved his Four Hour Work Week and we are totally trying to use some of those principles...but the Four Hour Body requires too much elimination of stuff I love...like donuts :D
