Watched this documentary last night. Amazing what can to be done to change your body for the better.... and in such a short period of time.
I realize that drinking nothing but fruits and vegetables for extended periods of time may not be best suited to an athlete's needs..... BUT, I can see many benefits in replacing one meal or snack day.
I just hope that it tastes good.
