Acupuncture and Electroshock therapy

Not sure if it's really called electroshock?!

I can't remember the name of the particular sort of acupuncture that I get done. It is very different than any I have had in the past. I've had the sort where they insert the needles, and you wait 20 minutes.

He takes an acupuncture needle and pulses it up and down... breaking the muscle up. He does this working all the way down my quad. It hurts a bit and sometimes bruises, but I think it's working. I suppose it's taking myofascial release massage one step further.

The video below is showing the involuntary muscle contraction caused by the electrical current from the electroshock therapy. It's a crazy weird feeling!
