Here is the deal.... I'm absolutely fed up with the weight that I have gained.
I started a food journal today.  I'm up 11 pounds and lots of inches
since race day.  I want to lose 6 pounds and get my waist and hips
back to normal.  It's hard sucking your stomach in all the time.  Wish
me luck.
