It's frustrating how much and how quickly your conditioning goes away. I'm going to be positive and look at the bright side..... I am able to run.

Finally....
Got in a very slow three miler yesterday. I could hardly catch my breath and my legs felt like cement posts.
It's frustrating how much and how quickly your conditioning goes away. I'm going to be positive and look at the bright side..... I am able to run.
I finally put this decal on the jeep. I love it!!!!

Lol.... as a matter of fact, I tried to see if I could get a personalized license plate made. 'I RUN FAR' has already been taken.
