I was running on Friday 9-11 pm. -4C.A light winter outfit - i was freezing at the end so i feel your pain. This weather is totally unfair for vary early - late runners like me constant -5 (Brr.) meantime the day temperature is around 5-7 C. I am planning to run a 16 km on Sunday in the daylight!!! The temperature and sunlight probably will kill me !!!
Your last two posts crack me up....sounds like my life. Except I thought we were the coldest...I am wrong. where are you from...your freezing! I got out of negatives a week ago! Yippee...I hope we don't go back!

I live in Amherstburg, Ontario, Canada. We do have some pretty cold temperatures..... at least Spring is on the way.
