When I wake up the morning of a long run I like to prepare myself a toast or English muffin with peanut butter. The problem with this is that I end up burping peanut butter the whole run. I started to use Nutella in lieu of the peanut butter. As luck would have it.... no burping.
Here is my problem:
I can't stop eating Nutella. I grab a spoonful after work and then when I get up. Sometimes I sit and have 3 or 4 spoonfuls (or more). The bloody jar doesn't last me very long at all! I am talking a week, if I am lucky. I am addicted.
What am I to do? Burp up peanut butter or get fat on Nutella?!
I suppose the choice is clear. I don't mind the peanut butter the first few times it comes up.... I will just have to get used to the rest. Any suggestions?
I had better sit here and finish off my jar of Nutella so that I can start fresh tomorrow!!!
