Woo Hoo!!!
The temperature was 17 degrees and sunny..... I couldn't hold back any longer. I put on my "pinkest" outfit and took off for a 3 mile run (pinkest = happy)! It felt awesome to be out!! I was going to push it and do 5 miles but I listened to my hamstring and came back home.
Here I am post run.... big smile. Gotta go stretch and take some ibuprofen..... later!

You scared me for a little bit, when I saw 17 degrees and then your outfit! I was thinking you are one tough runner and then I realized that it was in celsius.
