P90X shoulders and arms...

... awesome workout!  I just realized how weak my triceps are thanks to the dvd.  I tried the first tricep exercise with only 7 pound weights and I thought that I snapped them in half..... ouch!  This was another dvd in a series of 13. 

I am not following the full program as of yet.  I am going to be trying out the videos to get an idea of what I am in for.  I will have to modify the program when I am training for ultras. 

Well my arms are going to be yelling at me tomorrow so I had better rest them up!!!!



p.s.  it has been one full week since I ran last and I am dying to get out.  I don't want to rush it though.... :(  I had better err on the side of caution!!
