Back on track..... I think!!
I must admit that I have not been feeling like training for the Ultra. I would rather be on vacation! I do however hate the extra weight that seems to be growing on my inner thighs. I have to make an effort to get back on track. Time is quickly moving by and I need to be prepared. You can't just fake your way out of an Ultra!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to jump in and do a 17 mile today. It is way too long a distance but I have to ramp up or I will never catch up to my training schedule! I am presently procrastinating my run today by doing this blog. It is really hard to get into blogging. I find that I don't really have much to say.
I had a great run at Malden Park last evening. The weather was seasonably warm. It was a great first run "outside" since before my Christmas vacation. wish me luck for today's run. I have to eat and then get dressed. I have to decide if I want to run almost 3 hours in the rain or on my treadmill!!! Maybe I can do a little of both:)
