Well I seem to be recovering a tad faster than my first marathon. I am still sore but can get up off the toilet without assistance:) The massage that I had yesterday really helped.
I am going to be doing a 5 week recovery training program (by Hal Higdon!!!). I have to run (or shuffle) 2 miles today. I thought it would be nice to bring my baby Sadie for the run. She is not in the best of shape but, I think that she could handle it!
