I have been pretending that a pain in my left leg is not happening. It's in a really weird spot on the inside of my leg from my ankle up to my calf??????? It started a couple of weeks ago when I was running. It was isolated to only when I ran and would go away after a period of time. Now it hurts to walk:( I have been wearing a tensor bandage for times that I am going to be on my feet for long periods!
I changed this past Saturday's 10 mile run to 8 miles:( Today I did a 45min bike instead of a 3 mile run. I hope that if I take it easy this week I will be able to run my 15 miles this Saturday.
Positive thinking!!!! At least this is happening now and not a couple of weeks beore the race!!!!!!!
