Well, I took a week off and to jump start my running I ran 15 miles:) I think the pain came and went. Generally, I was quite happy with it! I am going to the Dr's today to see if I am correct in my own diagnosis (pulled muscle) and what sort of supplements I can/ should be taking etc.
I chose to do a bike ride yesterday but will go out easy for an 8 mile run tonight!
I will post more later!
Why is it still so hot out?!!!!
