Don't sweat the small stuff.....

We were informed (on Saturday) that the drainage hose on the heat/ cooling pump on second floor of the condo was dislodged causing water to leak underneath the hardwood floors.

I'm talking squishy squashy floors. Must have been dislodged for quite sometime (it's been taken care of).

Yesterday, at the new property.......

....... This happened.

Yes, it's in a ditch. No, I am not responsible.

We had a ton of tree limbs, branches, and other garden waste that was going to be taken away by the local handyman.

The handyman said that he'd like to move the truck so as to prevent scratching it.

As it was explained to me..... He parked the truck onto the side of the road. Approximately 15 minutes later the truck slid down.

I guess he didn't put the parking break on. Ooopsy!

Yup...... Big dent.

I finally got to use my CAA card!

At the end of the day, no one was hurt (that is what really matters).

How was your long weekend?

Gotta run.

Yikes, that could have been much worse. As you say, don't sweat the small stuff. No long weekend here but we did plenty of work in and around the house. Spring is here! And some good weekend training of course!

Spring is a great time of year!

I've never experienced your type of spring Johann. Not having temps below freezing would be a lovely change :D

Johannesburg seems to have beautiful weather year round!!!!'

If it wasn't for bad luck, you wouldn't have any luck - but as you said, it could have been worse. Thank goodness it wasn't.
