Love the recumbent bike!

Don't know if it's supposed to.... It really engages my glutes!!!

My butt gets so sore... Figure it's gotta help with some lift and tone.


Have you ever used a recumbent bike? Did it work your arse?

Gotta work on sculpting my rear :)
