Went to see the doctor today. He said that I have a torn quad and had frostbite. He prescribed physiotherapy for the tear and vitamin E to help the damaged skin to repair itself. He was not sure if my normal skin tone will come back. Fingers crossed that it does.

Gotta get fixed!
p.s. Will post the 'loop 3' report tomorrow. I've been crazy busy this weekend.

Glad to hear that's all it is. Get better soon! Next time remember 10 minutes on thirty minutes off with the ice!
WOW, frostbite from icing your leg. I hope everything gets back to normal. I guess I need to learn from you and not leave my ice packs on too long either.
OMFG! Frostbite!
I know that I have very sensitive skin.... I just never thought that I could get frostbitten from an icepack. I couldn't have had it on more than 15-20 minutes.
I am more worried about the muscle tear. It's going to take valuable training time away from me :(
