Get The Legs Moving

I decided that I am ready to get the legs moving again. I'm here slowly (slow is the operative word) spinning them on the recumbent bile.

I may do some backward walking on the treadmill. Walking backwards is supposed to help my quads heal.

I've got to figure out some sort of training program that is not going to hinder the healing process.
