getting home I changed, ran 6 miles, did ab work, and showered. I packed my stuff and headed out to drop my little girl off at Grandma's.
Accidents and road closures made me a wreck..... I thought that I would certainly miss my train. I sit here now, huge headache, sipping diet pepsi, and waiting for the ibuprophen to kick in. No more running around today :)
Gotta flake.
