Bad ass motorcycle gang! LOL
Yesterday, some old and new friends got together and went on a Road Trip! We left on a 2.5 hour trip to Sarnia, Ontario. The weather was perfect and the company was great. After a filling lunch at a riverfront Irish pub we headed home. We covered approximately 400km (248.5 miles) stopping accasionally to stretch our legs. It's a long time on a bike.... I prefer to cover about 300km (186.4 miles) in a day.
Speaking of all these traveled miles.... I have a 'down week'. Woot, Woot (I am doing a happy dance right here at my desk)!!!!
Less than 2 months before my first 100km (62 mile) run! I am getting pumped.
"I like running because it's a challenge. If you run hard, there's the pain - and you've got to work your way through the pain. You know, lately it seems all you hear is? Don't overdo it' and? Don't push yourself.' Well, I think that's a lot of bull. If you push the human body, it will respond."
