Week one complete!
So glad to have officially completed week one of the P90X home training program. let's just say that it has kicked my arse!!!! Yesterday was my rest day..... I was sooooo stiff. Not just in one spot but practically everywhere. Neck, back, shoulders, arms, wrists, butt, hamstrings and calves.....
The hardest part for me is the pull ups and push ups and squats and, and, and...... ha ha I have learned to hold back a bit on the exertion levels for the time being. I can't function the next day if I give it my all. I will gradually increase my intensity as my body adapts. This program is based on "muscle confusion".... make no mistake, my muscles aren't confused... they're pissed!
