Training goal for week


Sunday - off
Monday - 8 miles (trails), weights
Tuesday - 18 miles (gravel and paved roads)
Wednesday - Weights
Thursday - 5 miles (road)
Friday - 8 miles (trails), weights
Saturday - 5 miles (road)

I would much rather be lounging:) Some days it is a struggle to get the motivation to get the running shoes on!
