I am just checking out some new features of the web browser Flock. So far it is pretty cool. I was able to pull this photo off a web page! Easy peasy! I suppose I should get to some running! Oh wait! Today is my day off!!! I will do some stretching as my calves are pretty tight and my right hamstring has been irritating me!
